CalaTech Rally Whell Tool

This custom-designed DIY Dashboard Add-On is built for rally steering wheels with a standard 70mm 6-hole bolt pattern. It combines telemetry display and a button box into one compact, durable housing. Key Features: Brand Logos: Automatic car logo display via SimHub. Currently, 6 brands (e.g., Porsche, Ferrari, Ford) are implemented, with memory space for up to 16 logos. Controls: 8 mounts for 16mm momentary buttons. Display: 16 RGB LEDs for RPM/Shift light and a TFT display for gear, speed, and flags. Connectivity: Automatically detects the current car and switches the logo accordingly. Print Settings: Infill: 25% (for durability on Force Feedback wheels) Supports: Tree supports are highly recommended for the top cover. Filament usage: approx. 350g (PETG or PLA+ recommended). Components & Costs (approx. 20€ total): Microcontroller: ESP32 D1 Mini (or standard ESP32 Dev Kit). Buttons: 8x 16mm Push Buttons. Display: 240x240 TFT (ST7789 compatible). LEDs: 16x WS2812B (RGB).
