Caliper Radius Gauge – Corner Radius up to 130 mm (prints without support)

This radius gauge allows you to determine the corner radius of parts using a standard caliper . Tested with a Mahr MarCal and a generic low-cost caliper – compatible with most calipers. To calculate the corner radius, multiply the caliper reading by 2.4142 . The formula is engraved directly on the tool, together with quick-reference radius values : 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 and 60 mm . The model is optimized for 0.2 mm layer height , prints without supports , and is designed for clean results on typical FDM printers.
