Description

Camera mount for Ender3 S1 Pro (note that non-pro S1 doesn't have the same body case) front corners. It allows you to attach something, such as webcam(s) for example. You can use the existing screws to attach them. Settings No support required for every parts (I tried to upload them in the correct orientation) Corners: Layer height: 0.20mm is fine, but you can get more precise either going 0.16mm or using adaptive layers (see attached screenshot) Infill: 10% with zigzag pattern works Rod clamp: Layer height: 0.20mm is fine Infill: 20% with zigzag pattern worked for me, but fill free to go up to 100% infill to reinforce it Adhesion: you'll probably want to add a brim here, I've used 4.0mm width and 0.15mm distance for easier removal Rod threaded: Layer height: 0.12-0.16mm, at least for the threaded part to fit perfectly into the webcam Infill: 20% with zigzag pattern worked for me, but fill free to go up to 100% infill to reinforce it Adhesion: you'll probably want to add a brim here, I've used 4.0mm width and 0.15mm distance for easier removal Instructions You need to print: At least one of the two corners (left and/or right) At least one rod, depending on which attachment your webcam requires (probably the threaded one, I needed the clamp for a very old webcam I have). The rod should then fit into the corner hole. Note that the rod is 6.25mm in diameter while the hole is 6.35mm for an easier fit. But in case that doesn't work for you: Too tight? Try using sand paper, or WD40-like, on the rode and within the hole, you shouldn't have any trouble Too loose? One drop of glue on the rod before inserting (no need for super glue if you want to remove it) In case you want to remove the rod, try pushing it through the hole at the bottom (with an allen key for example). Otherwise you might break it if trying to pull&twist. End If you think there is anything I could improve let me know. Feel free to share your makes. Likes are appreciated, thanks!
