Camera Mount for Kasa Camera to Elegoo Neptune 3

Remixed version of printables.com/model/5296-camera-mount-for-prusa-i3-mk3mk3s/files to make it fit my Elegoo Neptune 3 and added a base to mount a Kasa camera to it using m3 screws.
