Description
Modified from the IP6600D card tray STL. Converted card tray STL into STEP via FreeCAD and imported into F3D to convert it into a disk tray. Used the commonly available DIY template (see https://web.archive.org/web/20071205171504/http://pixma-faq.periastron.com/3.html for more information). Disk depth is 1mm, should align with the templates specification of 1mm thick cardboard. Modified the 3rd reflector hole to match the others. You need to place silver tape or foil in the bottom side recessed cutouts for the reflector holes. Reflecting side towards the top of the tray. I printed on ender3 v3 se. Used PrusaSlicer to make a dovetail cut because it wouldn't fit on the print bed. See screenshot for dovetail values.
