Description
I have printed the model face down with tree supports on. Printed in Esun Petg Lite/Basic Blue filament. nozzle temp 250c, bed temp 81c, chamber temp 38-42c. I have removed an excess 2mm of width from the model (front and back cover) so that it slides on and fits accurately to the toolhead. I have adjusted the position of the 4 screws that hold the front section on so that they line up correctly with the screw holes on the toolhead. I have adjusted the position of the cutouts for the linear rods to pass through so that they are correctly spaced around the rods and made them slightly larger so that there is no question they are clearing the rods and not touching. I changed the opening for the fan to one that is more visually appealing to me. I retraced the Elegoo logo so it looks cleaner. I redid the text that said Centauri and I added the word Carbon to the opposite side. I changed the grill bars on the heatbreak fan cover so that they print cleaner. Internally I had to adjust screw mounting positions to account for the 2mm reduction in width. The air nozzles at the bottom will both be 1mm closer to the nozzle than before as a result of the changes I made but have not had any impact on my prints cooling/quality.
