CHC XL hotend parts for EVA3

I did not create these files, I only modified them to work for my machine. All credit goes to the original creators. These are the EVA3 parts needed to mount the CHC XL hotend and the ij8 probe. The probe mount takes M3 heated inserts into the back for the screws.
