==LORE== Purple Squadron was a Rebel Alliance starfighter squadron which flew Slayn & Korpil A/SF-01 B-wing fighters primarily during the Galactic Civil War from 1 ABY to 5 ABY. There was a heavy emphasis torpedo bomber fighters, such as the BTA-NR2 Y-wing Starfighter, BTL-S8 K-wing Assault Starfighter, A/SF-01 B-wing Heavy Assault Starfighter, H-60 Tempest Bomber, and MG-100 StarFortress SF-17 Heavy Bomber.
