Description
This is an easy and useful jig for making chopsticks. One of its almost unique characteristics is that it allows you to plane from both sides. This makes it possible to shape unique or twisted pieces of wood into chopsticks. You can even plane through knots from both sides or work from the middle outwards. First, on the right side of the jig, register the two marked square sides against the walls. Then work on the two unmarked sides. After that, move to the left side of the jig and work on the two marked sides. In the YouTube tutorial you can see how to do it step by step. Keep this order of work and the process will be easy. YOUTUBE TUTORIAL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5IYF-djMzgA Parámetros de impresión 3D For the main jig, I recommend 100% infill. If possible, also use variable layer height for the slope, although it is not strictly necessary. For the edge and the pyramid-shaped head, you can use about 20% infill, since that part does not receive much wear or stress. i recomend printing the wedges separate and in a different color. 100% infill.
