Description

About the Clamp: The Clamp Buddy is designed to easily grip the filament. Once the filament is gripped, the end must be threaded through the eyelet so that the clamp can then be tightened. The protruding handle makes handling easier. When not in use, the clamp can simply be attached to the spool axle. (of course, this isn't possible with an AMS) How to Print: There are no overhangs. Just a short section of bridging that all printers can manage without any problems. If you have adhesion problems, use a brim. I recommend a layer height of <0.2mm and a nozzle size of 0.4 mm diameter. Consumption and Print Time: The material consumption is 1 gram per piece . Ideal for making useful use of filament residues. The approximate printing time is between 5 to 10 minutes . Hint and Recommendation: Due to the tension exerted on the print material during use, the clamp will slacken after some time. However, this does not impair its functionality. Only the distance between the clamping jaws becomes smaller. My long-term tests showed that PETG and ABS had a longer long-term stiffness . However, PLA also works. How it Works: 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media
