Description
This is a remix of the clearance gauge by Lost In Tech with the addition of an 11mm peg version for 0.6mm printers. I also changed the text from embossed (raised) to debossed (indented), added a small chamfer to help reduce elephants foot, and changed the labels on the pins to text labels. See this video for further information: I designed this in build123d which is a new CodeCAD package available here: https://github.com/gumyr/build123d The python source code for these models are included in the file section. The easiest way to customize this model is with a static build from my fork of CQ-editor which includes build123d – available here: https://github.com/jdegenstein/jmwright-CQ-Editor/releases/ Build123d is under active development, so for the sake of preservation this model was built with build123d commit 1e47919 from March 7th, 2023. REVISION HISTORY: 230308: Initial Release
AI Analysis: This is a precision measuring tool used to verify the fit of mechanical parts. It features multiple adjustable gauges for checking clearances in millimeters, with options for different tolerances. The tool helps ensure proper assembly by measuring gaps between components.
