Description
I recently upgraded all my switches to smart ones but I had a bunch of BROWN architrave old school clipsal switches. You cant get blanks in brown. So i made blanks to replace the switch mechs using dark brown PLA+ filament. I suggest a 0.15mm layer height. Make the initial layer style concentric. Use zig-zag supports. Print on glass substrate and you end up with a mirror finish on the front face of the switch mech. I also ended up making a version with 4x standoffs to suit the pitch of VERO board (2.54mm). The standoffs are 15.24m apart. They are designed to take 2mmx5.3mm self tappers. You can use this version to add some LED indicator or something.
