Concrete mold lampshade / Beton Lampenschirm 21,3x21,3x13,98cm

!!! I FOUND NO WAY TO PRINT IT CLEAN AS MOLD! SO I DECIDED TO CREATE ONE WHICH CAN BE USED WITH A INNER SILICON MOLD. !!! You will find the new version here: https://www.printables.com/de/model/400472-vers-2-concrete-mold-lampshade-beton-lampenschirm- Inspired by a spiral vase, I decided to make the vase shorter than a lampshade. Because I like to tinker with concrete, this mold was created. If you don't want to make the shade out of concrete, you can simply print out the lampshade in spiral mode. The outer parts 1,2 & 3 has to be printed laying on the outside, because otherwiese the supports will make the mold unusable…Because of the spiralpattern it is not possible to print it standing! Short think about…The parts have to be attached with M8 Screws and Nuts. Have fun printing and crafting ;-) Total printing time with 15% Gyroid infill, 3mm thickness of walls, bottom and top with 0.4 nozzle, 3mm linewidth, 3mm lineheight will be round about 8 days. The model is fresh out of fusion360 today. Cura tells me that one sidepiece will take 1 day, 22 hours. If it is finished I will post some pictures while printing, ready mold result and later a few pics of the ready shade out of concrete. total width 21,3 to 21,3 cm total height 13,8 cm ______________________________________________________________________________ Inspiriert von einer Spiralvase habe ich mich entschieden die Vase in kürzer als einen Lampenschirm zu fertigen. Da ich gerne mit Beton bastel ist diese Gussform enstanden. Wer den Schirm nicht aus Beton herstellen möchte kann sich auch einfach den Lampenschirm im Spiralmodus ausdrucken. Die 3 Aussenteile/ Seitenteile der Form müssen auf der Aussenseite liegend mit Stützstruktur gedruckt werden, da die Innenflächen sonst unbrauchbar werden. Ein aufrechter Druck ist aufgrund des Spirallaufes nicht möglich! Die Formteile werden mit M8 Schrauben und Muttern arretiert. Viel Spaß beim drucken und basteln ;-)
