Convoy S6/S7 Rugged Box

Simple box design for your Convoy S6 or S7, there is enough play to store the light with the tailcap ½ turn unscrewed to protect the battery in case you are using a backlit switch. You will need 3x M3x20 Screws. The tolerances are pretty tight, if your printer is calibrated correctly you should be getting a satisfying plop sound when pulling out the light. If you need a version with more wiggle room let me know. I recommend printing the box, lid and latch with “Fuzzy Skin” applied only to contours, I use 0.3mm point distance and 0.1mm thickness.
