Description
Edit: This mod is confirmed to not conflict with the Core One+ automatic vent control. This is a remix of the excellent nozzle wiper by Ed and PCR, which adds a slot to use a spare M3nS nut from the Core One assembly kit to fix the part to the bed carriage. I aspired to design the insert exactly as Prusa makes them, so I used the measurements from one of the official Core One parts. I also implemented the staged bridging trick, which they use to print the hole above the cutout without internal support. Of course, supports are still absolutely needed on the outside below the two large overhanging surfaces, but those are easy to remove, and they (at least for me) left a great finish. I've also added a version with just the M3nS slot but without the LED cutout, if that is what you prefer. Aside from the above changes, the original dimensions of Ed's design are preserved and, in particular, compatibility with his pruge bin is preserved. I printed in ASA for temperature resistance, but you do you. If you want to modify the design further, then feel free to use the following Onshape link: Link
