Corner Bracket v2 (optimized for 3D printing)

Normal 3d-printed brackets can easily break if you overtighten the screws. These brackets are specially designed for FDM-3D-printing. Because of their wide surface areas on every layer they can withstand multiple times more force than other 3d-printed brackets. There are 3 brackets in 2 sizes: 32x16 32x32 32_3-sides 24x12 24x24 24_3-sides You can download 2 versions of every bracket. The normal versions are made for countersunk screws and the “_flat” versions are for truss, pan or round head screws. You can find the drilling distances of every version in the pictures or as PDF download in scale 1:1.
