Cover for mortiser - Robland K31

designed this cover for the mortising attachment on my Robland K31. The original factory cover was protruding above the jointer table surface, which prevented me from planing wider stock when the mortising unit was mounted. Since I often work with boards wider than the table, this became impractical. This redesigned version sits flush and allows full table use without interference. It maintains protection of the mortising head while keeping the top surface clean and usable. Designed in Shapr3D and printed in PETG. Material: PETG recommended Infill: 40–60% Walls: 3–4 perimeters No supports required (depending on orientation) Printed flat for best surface finish. It fits my Robland K31 mortising attachment. Check your dimensions before printing, as tolerances may vary between machines.
