Creality K1 - Light Lid Riser slotted (JC-Creality K1 Lid Riser mod)

I was looking for an increased printer cover for my K1 and decided on the slotted version from Joe Cooper. After printing the parts with ABS, I noticed a lot of warping on the contact surface of the parts. As a result, the outer edges were slightly raised after screwing and a gap formed between the cover and the betweener. I then redesigned the corner components with the outer dimensions and optimized them slightly. The weight saving is approx. 45% with the same functionality. Printing with ABS went smoothly without cooling during printing and with slow cooling afterwards. The contact surfaces were now almost flat. I printed the parts with eSUN ABS. Nozzle: 0.4 mm Layer height: 0.25 Wall lines: 3 Top/Bottom layers: 3 Infill: 15% Brim: yes Joe's betweener still fit and can still be used. My thanks go to Joe Cooper for the great idea and template.
