Description

Took the base sketch from 5985522, parameterized parts of it, then added new parameters for the Z axis Picatinny rail, parameterized the number of teeth, and merged it into a one piece part (instead of 2 (piece). So you have to lift the breech (2 screws) to get this onto the barrel (or remove the front pivot pin and sight). Careful reinserting the transfer port in the correct orientation. I also had to shorten the compression tube "legs" from the original design, as they hit my pump arm when it was closed. Change the ToothNum parameter to the desired number of sections (10mm per section) and everything else should recalculate for the new length. Depending on your printer, you may have to adjust the barrel diameter at bit (BarrelHoleDia), and set the desired number of teeth. Printed mine printed on a Prusa 3S with clear PETG, 0.15 Detail, and the 11.2 dia barrel was a nice snug fit with a touch of sanding with sandpaper wrapped on a dowel. I printed standing on end with a 5mm raft. Oil the barrel before sliding it on... Included are 6, 8, 10 tooth rail STL files. Pic is of a 6 tooth.
