CSM camshell for side-mounted ribber arm (original cam)

So, don't really use this here anymore ;-) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To use the modified ribber arm with the side post mounts with the CSM version from JeepingJohnny (MrRoboto19 remix) I had to add a third mount point to the camshell. This makes it possible to use the straight ribber arm or the single-sided one. To use this you need the angled ribber arm from the original remix or my remix additionally.
