CSM larger crank arm with counterweight

This crank arm gives a little bit more room and power, especially useful while knitting with the ribber and more or thicker yarn. I noticed while making a e-wrap selvedge that my old crank arm wasn't able to transmit more power evenly (!) to the cam shell, so I thought, maybe bigger is better in this case ;-). To compensate its bigger size the counterweight box is also a bit larger. I printed the handle with 35% infill and with support. See picture how to print best with least amount of support.
