Description

I made a new crank handle for MrRoboto19's wonderful CSM. This handle is a bit larger and has two skateboard bearings which makes it run a lot smoother in my opinion. Print two of the shims. To assemble the handle you need additionally: two 608 skateboard bearings M6 rod with nyloc nuts two shims, either 0.4mm or 1mm Press the bearings into place on both sides of the handle, insert the shims and screw it into place. Which shim you choose is up to you. Just make sure that the handle does not come in contact with the arm and can spin freely. Print the handle standing upright with the smaller end (!) on the print bed with support. The recess for the bearing on this side is a tiny bit deeper to compensate for the rougher surface which is left over after removing the support so that the bearing still will sit flush in this side of the handle. EDIT 25.11.23: Inner distance ring missing where the bearings get in contact with the handle. Fixed.
