Customizeable Cable Tie

A rework of IGRARING in openscad, making it customizable. Permits changing the size, thickness, and clip size. Also allows customization of the flexibility features introduced by IGRARING-v2 , turning on or off the slit in the ring and the hollow clip, all with full customization. Because everything is customizable, you can definitely generate models that do not work correctly or that may not even print.
