DC-DC Power Supply for Stratux Based on MP1584 with Mini USB (Raspberry 3B+)

This is my design of enclosure designed for a DC-DC Power Supply for Stratux based on MP1584 with Micro USB output, providing a robust, compact, and easy-to-print 3D solution. The design has been optimized to securely hold the module while allowing easy access to connectors, ensuring a clean and practical installation. To improve output stability, the MP1584 module has been modified by removing the original trimmer and replacing it with a fixed SMD resistor (0805 package): 44.2K to set the output voltage to approximately 5.1V 45.3K to set the output voltage to approximately 5.2V This modification ensures a stable and reliable fixed voltage, ideal for Stratux applications. The enclosure has been designed with increased height to accommodate an electrolytic capacitor up to 1000µF 25V, further improving voltage filtering and overall stability.
