Description
So inspired by existing solutions, but unhappy about the tooling (I'm absolutely unfamiliar with fusion 360 and similar tools), I reengineered one of the dehydrator parts in OpenSCAD (I wanted to use an analog display, too). The code is still messy as hell, and if you have any feedback/improvements for me in that regard, let me know/remix it :) In my case, it is for a Zelmer ZFD1010 (which required the grooves), for which I uploaded the generated stl. Third picture is from a test print with desired radius (and grooves) but 3cm height. My dehydrator required cutting into 120° parts (and along with the diameter, it barely fits for my A1 in this configuration). You can change all those variables. The hole for the sensor fits https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0CLYDJMM9 but is easily adopted to anything else (at least I hope so :D ) If you require assistance adapting, let me know - having reasonably good measurements of the original parts (radius, groove definition, other cutouts …) is required, though.
