Dewalt battery holder for Raskog IKEA cart

I took the single version and made a clamping mechanism to allow me to add this holder to a raskog cart. I removed the latching/catch as gravity will hold the batteries and I did not want to deal with pressing the buttons. It is still a WIP so there may be changes.
