Description
I really like the Dice Tower by Kehet - and so does my grandson who requested me to print it for him. Maybe I misunderstood something in the assembly instructions, but for me, the inner lever that opens the trap door was much too long. So I simply shortened it, first by the 13mm that KiLLiE remixed - but it still lifted the trap door a little too high, leaving a ridge that didn't let the dice slide nicely onto the trap door. So I shortened it again by another 3mm, for a total of 16mm, and now it works wonderfully. With this one small change, the V2.1 files in Kehet's model were perfect and easy to print. I printed in dark brown PLA on my Core One with HF0.4 nozzle and 2mm layers. I used supports only on the outer rim of the main axel, as recommended by Kehet.
