Description
DIY crank lock tool for use on Royal Enfield J-series 350cc engines. Plastic not intended for torquing bolts, only for basic maintenence. Prints in two halves so the layer lines run parallel to the tool. Print on a textured bed or score with a knife and glue the halves together, or plastic weld with spare filament and a soldering iron. It's a lot stronger parallel to the seam so I would suggest using it with the seam pointed in the direction of the crank rotation. Also included .pdf with dimensions to lathe your own, and .step file for CNC and auto lathe. Do this if you want to use for all maintnence needs. Printed in PETG on an Ender 3, 3 layer walls, 50-60% infill minimum.
