Donut's beystack lid with print in place handle.

Wanted a handle on the lid to carry the stack around. Use supports on the handle. Support block the rest. The handle is print in place with a .3mm tolerance. I wish I designed it to lay flush like one of the remixes on the original gridfinity trays, but I lack the skills to do so. Comfortably holds 10+ lbs with a 50% rectilinear infill of PLA, though I'd probably up that to 70% to be safe.
