Double time clock

This is Two clocks in one. By rotating the outer ring you can of set the hour to what ever time zone you want. Reading it is easy the middle clock is set to your current time and the out is set to the other time zone like UTC in my case -6 hrs. The Minute hand will always be read the same. So at 7 o'clock my time it will be 12 UTC. The outside ring is friction fit so no glue is required. I used a hobby clock with hands that I bought a wall-mart.
