Description
Replacement part for center rail drawer glide. Original (tan) injection-molded part installed in a hefty wooden workbench from the 1960's. Installation: The transverse slot will snugly hold a standard 1/8" panel, which makes up the bottom face of the drawer; the center slot faces down to glide on the cabinet's rail under the drawer. I measured the original glide with digital calipers and modeled a replacement using Tinkercad; not all chamfers are perfect due to software limitations, but the contact faces are accurate. Recommended printing orientation shown in last two photos, using organic supports on build plate only for backside of the curved face. Printed in black PETG on Prusa Core One+. My dad is pretty happy with the replacement.
