Description
I thought that drifting with the stock wheels was too hard, so I decided to 3d print some wheels with less traction. Print two and put them at the front of your Micro-T. I would design some for a Losi Micro-B but I know the front wheels are slightly more narrow and I don't have the dimensions for them. To use them effectively, punch the throttle at the beginning of your turn which starts the drift. Note, they aren't really effective at higher speeds. I used them with the 50% speed limiter on. I printed these in TPU, but I'm sure PLA would also work. If you're using PLA, consider sanding them slightly to add more grip to the wheels. Print with the Hexagonal socket facing upwards. Layer height - 0.2mm Filament - Doesn't matter too much Infill - Gyroid, 20% Walls - 3 Top layers - 4 Bottom layers - 4 Supports - Yes (use a pencil to poke them out) Raft - Doesn't matter The printer that I used for this was an ender 3 V2 Neo with a direct drive mod.
