Drill Chuck Remix

I wanted a better way of tightening the chuck, so I made some slight changes to the sleeve and body. I am just using the chuck as a handle to hold drill bits, with no other attachments. When I printed the chuck components on my MK4 with Input Shaper and a 0.6mm nozzle, I scaled everything 150% to make it a 3/8" capacity drill chuck. The photo shows the drill chuck with a ½" reduced shank drill bit. I used a 3mm brim with 0.1mm gap on the chuck jaws. This worked out pretty well. The attached STL files are in the original scale. My only issue is that the jaws are a bit loose in the chuck body, so sometimes one jaw will slip a thread and misalign. Not a huge deal, as it is easy to realign with a bit of flddling. The chuck does clamp pretty well on a drill bit.
