Print the numbered cover with the numbers facing down. For the rest, see original instructions. I found that I always use one number bigger than my drill bit selected. I highlighted the numbers with a silver permanent marker. To have the numbers look nice, have a good first layer calibration and use a 0.4mm nozzle with 0.2mm/0.25mm layer height setting on a clean bed.
