Description

Update: I made a second version. The mounting screws for the axis are now on the side of the belt, so it can be removed from the lathe without needing to remove the belt first. The cover on the left side was removed, as it is not necessary. This also means only 2 screws and nuts instead of 4 are required. The new version has a diameter of 105 mm, if the belt is too lose, put some masking tape on the disk. It also uses way less material, I printed mine with PETG, 5% infill and 2 perimeters. Original Description: Fits 330x30 mm Sanding Belts (I use https://www.amazon.de/-/en/dp/B0DHVGFKJT?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) 4 M4x30 Screws and M4 Hex nuts are required for assembly Use the screw-pulling method to get the nuts in The diameter of the disc is 104.8 mm. It took me 3 tries to get it right, be warned (105 mm was too tight and it was almost impossible to get the belt off again, 104 mm was too lose and the belt was spinning freely on the disk) good enough to sharpen 2/3.2 mm gravers made from hardened steel
