Dry Box Filament Roller Insert (for Notched AliExpress Container)

This is a low-profile filament roller insert designed to fit a notched plastic storage container available here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007195964986.html I made this insert for my own dry box after not finding a suitable filament roller that fit properly inside this particular container. It sits flat on the bottom and follows the inner shape of the box, including the corner notches. The insert holds two standard 608 bearings per side and creates a stable rolling base for a filament spool while keeping the usable interior space high. Depending on your printer tolerances, you may need to lightly sand the pockets or slightly scale the model for a snug fit. Printing Info Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS Layer height: 0.2 mm Infill: 20 – 40% Walls: 3 – 4 perimeters Supports Supports are required under the bearing notch overhangs. Turn on supports or use custom supports under those areas to reduce cleanup.
