Description

[Update 12.10] Full Simple Lid - Lid same as the bottom of container, no need to insert transparent sheet. [Update 12.08] Simple Lid V2 - Rounded the edge where you have to push through the transparent part. The smallest diameter is now 40.6mm, the max. diameter is 42mm. Also added a circular shape as a helper for the cutout, Ø41.3mm. 3 new containers - When you use it with an RH meter you actually can't see the condition of the silica gel, so I made a small window at the bottom. Same as the Simple Lid, Max diameter is 21mm, the edge to push through is 20mm. Ø20.5mm shape included. Also reduced the bottom slot width from 1.75mm to 1.5mm as I encountered a type of silica gel where a few pieces fell through. [Update 12.04] Feeding spoon Lid for the most common type hygrometer (lid type 2) [Update 11.30] Multiple containers: Height (mm): Just can/with Simple lid/Hygrometer lid Small: 29.7/37/44 mm Medium: 37.5/45/51.5 mm Large: 50.5/58/65 mm Funnel part to fill the containers [Original upload 2023.11.27] I liked the original version. When I printed it the first time, I thought it puts a lot of stress on the printer because of the vertical slots, so I tried it with horizontal ones. It definitely puts a lot less load on the printer but to be honest, it doesn't feel that way at all. Still prints without supports, and 100% compatible with the original ones. The other thing I thought that when you have 30 or 50 rolls of filament, you probably won't buy 30-50 hygrometers, but at any time you'll want to check any of them. So you'll buy 5 or 10 hygrometers and just pack it with the selected rolls you're curious about. So I made a different lid that is simple and open, but you can click in a 42mm diameter transparent panel. I made them from lexan (clear polycarbonate sheet, RC car bodies are made from this one). This way you can have dedicated dryer box for every filament rolls, some of them with hygrometers, others with clear tops that you can easily check the capacity (color) of the silica gel used. I wanted white hygrometers, so this is the type I got: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0BWYCRXTZ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 The original lids work perfectly with this container also if you have the other type of sensor. You can use the clear lid alone with the original containers if you like.
