Description

This is just a teflon tubing end cover for a filament dry box When you remove the end cover, you will have some slack of filament so you can pull the filament out. I think this is a better option than trying to go to the process of pushing the filament inside the box and removing the teflon tubing to be used on another drybox, which to me, is a time consuming process. Using this end cover and teflon tubing for each drybox, in the long run, will save you time. It is best if you print it out of TPU If you use the STL file, print the object with the top facing down on the bed, and the hole facing up. The gcode file is calibrated for Overture TPU on the MK4S printer with a 0.4 nozzle, without a heated bed and with ambient temperature here being about 30°C. So even if you haven't calibrated a TPU profile in your Slicer, this gcode file will work for you if you use Overture TPU and possibly other TPU filaments on a MK4/MK4S printer with a 0.4 nozzle. If you live in a cold environment, you should probably manually tune the heat bed to 30°C if you use this gcode file Use: You push the filament into the end cover, and it will «grab» onto the filament, and then push the end cover onto the Teflon tubing--done.
