Dummy 13 Cat Hat

Just a simple hat to fit over the cat head by @Vasichkin. Check him out, he does some cool stuff, even an optimized 500% Dummy 13. I took the original cap from the Dummy 13 Accessories pack and cut out some holes to fit the cat ears. The hat fits both forward and reversed on the head. Its not really rocket science here.
