Dummy 13 Improved Hips

Drop in replacement for the hips. I know there are already improved hips for the dummy 13 but these are different I swear! I always had trouble with the other improved hips either with printability or with assembly. So here's my take on on this problem. Big scale adjustments: Added shim that goes between crotch front and back pieces to adjust for tightness. height 0.1mm. Will require supports but with the sides fully filled out, it should provide additional grip when required
