Dummy13 Pigtail Head with Bangs

An alternate hairstyle for Dummy13. Maybe you can paint it to resemble Harley Quinn? Unlike the previous one, I turned off the Subdivision Surface modifier so it looks really blocky. Might be easier to print like this EDIT: added some isospheres on the part where the ponytail connects to the head because the ponytail snapped off in a test print
