E3D Revo Nozzle Holder For The Ultimate Prusa Casing

Since I have just created a V6 nozzle holder for the Ultimate Prusa casing , the next generation nozzle should of course not be missing. Ready to hand next to the display is in my opinion the perfect place for it, unfortunately there is only room to store 3 nozzles. But I think that will be enough for most of you.
