E3NG 1.2 - Insert-less Hinges

Replacement hinge parts for the v2 enclosure (used with the Ender NG 1.2) Removes the M5 inserts from the door hinges. Eliminates the issue of the hinge M5 bolts becoming loose and working their way out. Use an M5 to directly screw into the hole, do not tap then screw - this relies on the holes being a really nice snug fit.
