Description
A 3D-printed portable soldering station that converts Einhell or Ozito power tool batteries into a power source for the popular TS101, TS100, and Pinecil irons. Perfect for field repairs or a clean, cordless workbench. My main goal was to remix these separate designs to create a single, unified, and portable soldering station. The modifications allow the battery adapter, a clamp, and the iron stand to be securely mounted together. Here is a breakdown of the changes made to each original file: 1. On the " Einhell To XT60 (TS100) And USB Adapter Power X Change " I used the version without the USB port as the base. The main housing was extended vertically to create more internal space to accommodate the wiring. Added three mounting holes to the bottom of the adapter. These are used to securely fasten it to the battery adapter. 2. On the " Clamp /print in place " Cut a precise notch into the clamp's structure. This notch serves as the mounting point to attach the modified soldering iron stand. 3. On the " Improved Pinecil, TS100, TS101, TS80 stand " Removed the entire original base from the bottom of the stand. Designed a new, custom mounting tab in its place. This new tab is designed to slide perfectly into the notch on the "Clamp," locking the stand and the clamp assembly together.
