Description
About This version allows for a physical switch to control the upgraded LED, a relay is also added so you can control the upgraded LED remotely or the touchscreen. Some parts have been redesigned so that the glass can slide back for extra vent. Components All the components I use for the products are purchased from the links below (or can be replaced with similar components): 3-bulb LED bar (size 6012, 6113, 12V): https://shopee.vn/Led-thanh-3-b%C3%B3ng-m%E1%BA%AFt-l%E1%BB%93i-6012-6113-l%C3%A0m-bi%E1%BB%83n-b%E1%BA%A3ng-trang-tr%C3%AD-vi%E1%BB%81n-m%E1%BA%B7t-ti%E1%BB%81n-c%E1%BB%ADa-h%C3%A0ng-v%E1%BB%89-20-thanh--i.520996890.12802072449?extraParams=%7B%22display_model_id%22%3A112151875486%7D 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media (You can also use any LED you want, as long as it uses less than 24V and the current is not too high) Switch MTS-102 (2 states, 6A, 125VAC): 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Relay 24V: 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Bus-to-bus 2.54 (male-to-female) 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media (Or a pair of XH2.54 3P) 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media (Or Single Male Pin Header and female bus 2.54) 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media (You can also use any type of jack or contact connector you want as long as it has 3 pins) Super glue (cyanoacrylate), zip tie and nano tape is also used: 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media (Glue for the riser, wire ties to secure the LEDs and tape for the Pin Header and relay. You can also use any reinforcement you want.) Wiring diagram 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Since I am using 12V LED, I connected 2 pairs of 8 LEDs in parallel and connected them in series to get the corresponding power supply. Whatever type of LED lights you use, make sure they use a 24V power source to operate. Disconnect all power sources when working on the printer and ensure they do not affect the printer's mobility.
