Description
I designed this kit for my Phrozen Sonic Mini 4k resin printer and Elegoo Mercury Plus washing/curing machine. It works with both the original Mercury Plus tank and the taller Mercury Plus V2 tank. Printing: You'll need to print one washerClipSM4K.stl, one washerTrolley.stl, and one of either washerTrackPlus.stl or washerTrackPlusV2.stl files. Use the washerTrackPlus.stl file for the original short tank, and the washerTrackPlusV2.stl for the V2 tank. If you have both v2 and original tanks, I recommend printing 2 trolleys and both tracks for convenience. The V2 track will also work with the original tank; you just lose a little extra height adjustment. This probably doesn't matter for the SM4k which doesn't have a very tall build volume anyways. Print in PLA or whatever, no rotation, supports are only required for the build plate clip. Assembly: 2@ M3x10 bolts (or longer) 2@ M3x6 heated inserts 2@ M3x12 bolts 2@ M3 washers The build plate clip uses M3x10 bolts to key into slots on top of the sm4k build plate; these bolts are optional but they do make operation a little easier as they stop the plate from rotating when you tighten it. The holes on the side of the trolley fit M3x6 heated inserts. The trolley gets bolted to the slotted holes on the track using M3x12 bolts with washers. Operation: Bolt the trolley to the track to set the correct height for your build plate in the tank (best to only partially submerge the build plate, just enough to get it clean). Hang the track/trolley assembly on the top edge of the tank. Use the original sm4k build plate thumbwheel bolt to fasten the build plate to the build plate adapter. Then slide the adapter into the slot in the trolley and clean away. If you made multiple track/trolley assemblies, you can leave them set at different heights and simply move the build plate and adapter clip between different baths.
