Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro/Plus/Max Display Mount

I made a remix of @marallo's display mount and @bleaks' frame mount for my Neptune 3 Plus. Now I can mount the display on the left side of the printer without using new screws. I used frame rails from @beaks design to mount the display instead of screws. Be careful with the removal of the printer's frame. The bottom cover has to be opened and a screw that is holding the frame in place has to be removed for the installation. Works on Neptune 3 Pro & Plus. Should also work on Max.
