elijah toothpick car, 2.0

This was a great set of cars with an emphasis on model making for kids. I loved the idea. I did notice that one car, the elijah, seemed to be cut off, missing one side. I decided to fix that issue. I also added less functional, but at least scale wheels for the car. I split the wheels with a separate hubcap. I also added a printed axle, so you don't necessarily need toothpicks. I did that more so if you scale the print, you can still have an axle that will work. Thanks again to mfritz for the initial design. - J
