EMax ES08MA II mini servo to Lego axle (shaft) adapter

UPDATE: Now there is a V2 with Lego axle side. In the previous versions, the connector had Lego pin/axle connector side. The problem with that the pin connector has sharp edges but Lego axles has cornered edges. That made the connector very hard to connect with a Lego axle, though it still connects with a little bit of force. I think it makes more sense to have Lego axle side for this connector piece. EMax ES08MA II is a full metal version of commonly used mini servo SG90. This piece is designed to connect EMax ES08MA II mini servo to Lego pieces. I used this connector for my Lego electrification project. EMax ES08MA II has 3.9mm nominal diameter. The other side of connector is designed for axles pieces like Lego Technic, Axle 6L (#3706) . These pieces have 4.4mmx4.4mm dimensions.
