Description
This is the Plastic C-Channel Sleeve/Insert used to replace the lower drive pulley and motor spline sleeves of your ENCO or MSC or Grizzly type milling machine. These sleeves are no longer available from the manufacturers. So, I reverse-engineered these sleeves to fit the spline pulley in the photos. The repair in the photos require 12 plastic sleeves . I believe the mill has another spline pulley that also requires 12 plastic sleeves. Depending on wear of the parts you might have to add/reduce the i.d. of the sleeve. The Section thickness is roughly .040". On my first try, the inserts snapped in place perfectly...so all the outer walls of the sleeve were correct. however, when I tried to insert the spline shaft, it was too tight. So, In my case, through trial and error, I left the outer sides alone and reduced the section thickness of the middle section by .005", so that section thickness is .035". This is done by tweaking the i.d. radius on the middle section. That is what the listed stl file has. Depending on the wear of your spline pulley parts.
